I was born in Bangladesh, grew up in Italy, and built my life in London. Three countries. Three fresh starts. And not one of them was easy.
When I arrived in the UK, I was learning English from zero. I adapted to a new country for the second time in my life, took night shifts at McDonald's to survive, and visited my mum in hospital whenever I could. She was fighting cancer. At home, my little brother was growing up without her there. So I became what he needed, whatever that was on any given day. I supported my dad financially. I kept studying. I kept working. I kept going.
Those long hours in hospital wards showed me something that stuck. The body is not just a machine, it is the foundation everything else is built on. That is what pushed me into fitness.
